You Are Always Center Stage

In this blog, you personalize everything you learn. Our stress-relieving techniques make you focus on yourself – your mind, feelings, and behaviors. You are the “outsider” looking in — into yourself.

Stress has a lot of commonalities across the human spectrum. Yet the experience of stress is very personal. The more you get to know yourself, the more effective are the exercises. Throughout this blog, you are center stage.

Fun, gratifying, entertaining The fun thing about our stress reduction techniques is that you get to experience and observe immediate results. They may be slight at first. Nevertheless, the more you apply what works, the quicker the cumulative benefits. And the sooner you’ll see yourself at ease, smiling again.

WHO I am & WHY I’m here

For years, I experienced a continuous tension within. I could feel it both mentally and physically. I worried about situations and even about stress itself. The tension was stifling my best work in school and later in business. By this time, I knew it was unhealthy for my body.

My memorable turning point was when I learned how to virtually immunize myself against the stress around me and to make myself virtually imperturbable to stress. I say “virtually” because the reality is that stress may be ever-present on the outside but it doesn’t have to be on the inside.

My Core Belief: The way a person experiences life originates from his or her inner self. We are always influencing or creating our own experience, whether or not we are aware of it.

Our techniques help you change the things around you to the extent possible. But mostly, change comes from within. In my blog, I help you discover and make personal adjustments of your choice to relieve stress both on the outside and within. You are always in control of the way you handle stress.

I author this blog for two reasons.

First: the personal gratification I receive from helping individuals. When one experiences a personal transformation, I believe there is an inherent drive to want to share it. My personal desire is to enable others to lift themselves out of pain or discomfort, to experience the joy of relief and to fulfill their potential.

Second: the personal gratification I feel from promoting a calmer environment. When a person is composed and stress-proof, he radiates calmness that can significantly help de-stress the area around him. If you wish, you may extend this ripple effect to the world-at-large. Although it is less tangible, who’s to say it doesn’t happen. Less stress in the world is better than more, right?
